GOAD - Information for Retail Property Professionals
A GOAD plan contains detailed information and mapping
capabilities for retail centres.
Over the past 12 months Experian have surveyed 63 retail
centres across Ireland (North and South) which are now
available in digital format. These sites are regularly
resurveyed and further sites are also being surveyed
all the time.
A GOAD plan provides information
on occupiers, their activity, address details, floorspace
and much more. The maps and data are stored in digital
format and can be viewed, edited and analysed on your
desktop PC or simply viewed in paper format.
GOAD Plans have been a prerequisite for decision makers
in the retail, property and related industries for over
30 years. They allow you to visually assess the quality
of prospective pitches by showing the location and physical
surroundings of all premises, occupied and vacant, within
a centre.
